No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for "Change of Mind" purchases.
Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded simply because you changed your mind.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, colours, and specifications before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We understand that mistakes can happen.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to assist you. However, you must follow these important conditions:

a) Filing a Complaint
  • You must file a complaint on the same day you receive the delivery.
  • Complaints submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

b) Required Evidence

You must provide clear evidence when submitting your complaint, including:

  • Photographs of the damaged/incorrect item
  • A clear photograph showing the shipping label attached to the package
  • A clear photograph of the full item showing its unused condition

Evidence must be clear, complete, and unedited.

Conditions for Return and Refund Approval

To be eligible for a return or refund due to damage, defect, or wrong item:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact.
  • The product must not show any signs of use, wear, or alteration.

If any of these conditions are not met, Aximart reserves the right to deny the return or refund request.

Refund or Replacement Process

Once your complaint is received and verified:

If approved, we will offer you either:

  • A full or partial refund (depending on the case), or
  • A replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability)

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.

Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Items returned without filing a same-day complaint
  • Items returned without proper evidence
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
  • Clearance Sale or Final Sale items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

In case of an approved return:

  • You may be required to return the product to us.
  • If the issue was caused by us (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is rejected due to not meeting our conditions, the product will be sent back to you at your cost.
