No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for "Change of Mind" purchases. Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded simply because you changed your mind.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, colours, and specifications before placing an order. Our product pages contain all the information you need to make an informed purchase decision.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to assist you. However, you must follow these important conditions:
a) Filing a Complaint- You must file a complaint on the same day you receive the delivery.
- Complaints submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- To file a complaint, please email us via the Contact Us page.
The 24-hour window begins from the moment the delivery is received. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery and contact us the same day if there is any issue.
You must provide clear evidence when submitting your complaint. All three of the following are required:
Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
A clear photograph of the shipping label on the package
A photograph of the full item in unused condition
Evidence must be clear, complete, and unedited. Complaints submitted without all required evidence will not be processed.

Conditions for Return & Refund Approval
To be eligible for a return or refund due to damage, defect, or wrong item, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- All original accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact
- The product must not show any signs of use, wear, or alteration
If any of these conditions are not met, Glazmart reserves the right to deny the return or refund request without exception.

Refund or Replacement Process
Once your complaint is received and verified, here is how the process works:

Contact us via the Contact Us page on the same day of delivery with all required evidence.

Review & Verification
Our team reviews the submitted evidence and verifies the complaint against our policy conditions.

Approval Decision
If approved, we will offer you either a full or partial refund (depending on the case), or a replacement of the same item subject to stock availability.

Refund or Replacement Issued
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Replacements are dispatched as soon as stock is confirmed.
Refund Processing Time: 7–14 Business Days
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items and situations are not eligible for a return or refund under any circumstances:
- Items returned without filing a same-day complaint
- Items returned without proper evidence (as outlined in Section 2)
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Clearance Sale or Final Sale items (where applicable)
Glazmart reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy. No exceptions will be made for items falling under this section.

Return Shipping
In the case of an approved return, the following shipping conditions apply:
- You may be required to return the product to us following specific instructions we provide.
- If the issue was caused by us (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is rejected due to not meeting our conditions, the product will be sent back to you at your cost.
We will provide specific return shipping instructions once your complaint has been reviewed and approved. Please do not send any items back without receiving confirmation and instructions from our team first.
